It’s true what they say, that it’s a small world after all. And, that no matter where life takes you in the world, there’s no place like home. We discovered these facts earlier in the summer when we made a cake for a wedding that the bride, Kerry, planned primarily from South Korea!

The wedding took place in Eden Mills, just outside of Guelph nestled in the Eramosa River valley – quite a change of scenery from South Korea, but so gorgeous.

The party featured delicious appetizers, a yummy buffet and crème brûlée for dessert. And of course, Jacqui did an amazing job on the wedding cake – a three-tiered simple white cake with a delicate pearl border and some pretty pink flowers to match the wedding colours. The “I Do” cake topper was a nice added touch, too.

A beautiful cake for a beautiful couple on a beautiful day. Congrats to the newlyweds! And if you’re looking for a cake or caterer for your upcoming wedding, be sure to contact us for a consultation.
