In July 2010, we had the pleasure of creating a custom cake for Veronica Nguyen and Neil Hoch’s wedding. The cake itself was four tiers of lemon and vanilla cake that was filled with whipped cream, fresh berries and raspberry purée.
Custom cakes are something that we specialize in when it comes to weddings, in addition to customized catering menus, of course. But it’s not every day that one of our cakes is featured on the website of a national wedding magazine, which this one was.
Earlier this year, Wedding Bells Magazine had an online gallery filled with “20 Unforgettable Real Wedding Cakes” and this classy cake from Veronica and Neil’s wedding made the cut!
